The location was convenient and easy to access.
I was appalled by the cleanliness of the room. It was so filthy that we couldn't even take a shower before our appointment. The staff was rude when we reported the issue, and instead of helping us, they threatened to call the police.

Overall had very pleasant stay for the price. We stayed in the standard queen room with 4 piece bath and appreciated it. A fridge, climate control and an electronic key card were a huge plus. The staff was accommodating and top-class, took good care of everyone. The hotel was placed in the central location in older neighborhood.
Didn't like the area, it was horrible.

Better accessibility features for seniors would be helpful.

The location was great, you can park your car in the backyard (but it's a bit narrow for big cars). The hostess Stella was very nice and helpful.
It was clairaudient. Breakfast was simple.

The staff was very friendly and helpful (at night they could even get the ring from the drain of the sink) the furniture is a bit old but clean! Breakfast was fine, everyone could find something for themselves.

Rooms were a bit cramped and cleaning was sometimes unsatisfactory.
